Exercises

There are different types of exercises; very specific ones for certain body regions or other exercises which affect the entire body-energy-system: visualizations, tapping, stretching or simple rituals for everyday life.

Ear reflex zones

On the ear, all our organs and body systems are represented as so-called reflex zones. Appropriate stimulation and the application of ear support patches are often used in holistic therapy, strengthening the regulation of the corresponding body areas.

Oils and essences

Each plant has its own wonderful power that can help us in certain life situations. We can use this special kind of life force through flower essences, tinctures, teas, or other extracts.
